Looking for a plant for butterflies, hummingbirds and bees to go nuts over? Here it is! Josh and I went to the lookout point at Brice's Prairie last summer and saw tons of Monarda by the gazebo. The bumble bees were in a frenzy for all of it.

Perennial. This plant is great for the perennial garden. It produces red tubular shaped flowers and grows 2-4' tall.

Spotted Bee Balm

Light and Shadow

Perennial. Most known for their large, pinkish, beigy, purplish bracts that sit right below the flower. Multi branching. This bee balm is the highly tolerant of sandy, sunny and dry locations.
